We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to help coordinate day-to-day operations, support team efficiency, and ensure the smooth running of the business.

Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Hybrid – UK-based preferred
Key Responsibilities
Oversee general office administration and coordination of daily operations
Support directors with scheduling, communications, and document management
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
Assist with order tracking, invoicing, and logistics documentation
Maintain records, organise files, and manage internal databases
Help onboard new team members and ensure smooth workflow across departments
Requirements
Previous experience in office management, administration, or operations support
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based tools (Microsoft OneCloud, SharePoint, etc.)
Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of supply chain or retail operations is a plus
