We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to help coordinate day-to-day operations, support team efficiency, and ensure the smooth running of the business.

Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Hybrid – UK-based preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office administration and coordination of daily operations

  • Support directors with scheduling, communications, and document management

  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers

  • Assist with order tracking, invoicing, and logistics documentation

  • Maintain records, organise files, and manage internal databases

  • Help onboard new team members and ensure smooth workflow across departments


Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or operations support

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based tools (Microsoft OneCloud, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of supply chain or retail operations is a plus
